Thank you for your continued support of the PartsTrader marketplace.  To help promote your dealership and use of PartsTrader, we've created this Dealer Support Toolkit. These tools will help you promote your participation to repair shops that want to purchase collision parts through the PartsTrader application.

1. Postcard Mailer

Ask your repairer customers to make you their Default Dealer or add you as a Preferred Supplier.  The PDF template provides you with space to add your dealership name, address, phone, email, contact info and a short message.  Just customize, print and mail.  Don't forget to add your dealership name in the search box image on the second page!

The postcard template works with Avery forms: 3256, 3263, 33380, 3377, 3381, 5689, 8383, 8387, 8577.

2. PartsTrader Logos

If you’d like to use PartsTrader logos in your marketing efforts, click on this link and accept the terms of our trademark licensing agreement.  We’ll send you a copy of the licensing agreement for your files as well as provide different formats of our logo that are suitable for your own advertising or placement on your website..

3. Email Copy

Let your customers know that you want to be their Default Dealer.  Our email template will guide your customers through step-by-step.   Just add your header and footer before emailing to your customers.

• Go to the Email Template  - HTML code in your browser.  To save, select all, copy then paste directly into your email application such as Outlook.  Don't forget to add a header and footer.
• Go to the Email Template - If you want to further customize the email, copy the code into your HTML editor.

4. Advertising Slick

Let your customers know that your dealership receives and fills orders through PartsTrader.  This quarter page ad (4.25 inches x 5.5 inches) has space for you to add your dealership information.  Print extras to insert with part shipments!

5. Packaging Labels

Print out labels that ask your repairers to add your business as a Default Dealer or a Preferred Supplier. Apply to packing lists and invoices whe you ship parts to spread the word.

This template works with Avery Label forms 18527, 5160, 6780 or 8257.
