Whether you are a new user or a seasoned pro, this training will ensure that you’re using the application effectively when searching and comparing collision parts. Choose the session that fits your schedule and register. Once you've attended, you'll be ready to start using the PartsTrader tool.
PartsTrader trainers have designed these sessions to help CSAA DRN users work effectively and efficiently in the PartsTrader application. During sessions, you are encouraged to ask the questions. We want you to have a full understanding of the PartsTrader process.
New users and power users will learn something from these sessions. The training will help you receive high quality quotes for parts that are in compliance with the CSAA Parts Policy requirements. You'll be more effective and efficient in the PartsTrader application.
We've scheduled training sessions in April & May so you are ready to go on May 4. The training will show you how to search, compare and purchase collision repair parts that keep you aligned with CSAA's parts policy. Training sessions last 60 minutes. Register for a session convenient for you.
