The Hartford now uses the PartsTrader platform for sourcing and ordering of collision parts as part of the workflow for CRSP collision repair locations. Starting October 29, your shop will use the PartsTrader platform for requesting quotes and ordering parts for Hartford repair jobs.
A PartsTrader representative will be contacting you in the coming days to provide additional information.
As part of this program, training is available to teach you best practices when using the system. Click on the Training tab in the menu to register for a day and time convenient for you.
CRSP participants in your area will start to use the PartsTrader platform starting October 29.
