Welcome Call from PartsTrader
PartsTrader will call your repair shop to welcome you to the program. If you've never used PartsTrader, your Customer Care Representative will work with you to ensure that you have all the information need to successfully use the platform. |

Software Install
If your shop has not been on the PartsTrader platform, your Customer Care Representative will install the PartsTrader Interface (PI Client) during the call or schedule a time to install.

Schedule Training
Your PartsTrader Customer Care Representative will also work with you to schedule training. Whether you're a new user or an experienced user, the training program will provide you with tips and tricks to get your orders in successfully. |

Use PartsTrader
Estimates for The Hartford claims will be automatically uploaded into the PartsTrader platform. However, if you are already a PartsTrader user or are a new user who has been through the training, go ahead and log in to PartsTrader and start using to search and compare for parts. |
